Voice AI

Handle routine calls consistently, and hand over the rest

Answer the calls that follow a predictable script — booking, capture, frequently asked questions — and pass anything complex or sensitive to a person with the context already gathered.

Who this is for: Businesses missing calls out of hours, or spending staff time on booking and enquiry calls that follow the same shape every time.

Available as a pilot

BrisAI has not published an evaluated voice build, and we are not going to imply otherwise. We take voice on as a focused pilot: one narrow job, an agreed escalation path, and a written evaluation of task completion, transfer behaviour, latency, interruption handling and how the system fails before it handles a real caller unsupervised.

You will recognise this if…

  • Calls go unanswered outside office hours and the caller rings a competitor instead.
  • A large share of calls are booking, rescheduling or the same handful of questions.
  • Messages taken in a hurry lose the details that mattered.

What we deliver

  • AI receptionist and first-line call handling
  • Appointment booking and rescheduling
  • Lead capture and qualification
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Outbound reminders and follow-ups where appropriate
  • Call summaries and CRM updates
  • Escalation, transfer and callback workflows
  • Conversation monitoring and quality evaluation

Common builds

Concrete systems in this family, described the same way the free Snapshot describes them.

  • AI receptionist

Calls answered, intent identified, common questions handled and appointments taken.

A voice system that answers reliably, works out what the caller needs, deals with the routine questions, takes bookings and puts anything important straight through to a person. Callers are told they are speaking to an automated system.

How we work on this

  1. 01

    Pick one job

Out-of-hours enquiry capture, or booking. Not a general-purpose receptionist — those are where voice projects go wrong.

  2. 02

    Define the limits

What the assistant may do, what it must escalate, and how a caller reaches a person on request.

  3. 03

    Pilot with review

Real calls, monitored, with transcripts and downstream records checked against what actually happened.

  4. 04

    Evaluate before expanding

Task completion, capture accuracy, transfer success and failure recovery, measured on the pilot before scope grows.

Evidence

We have not published a case study in this family yet. Rather than show an illustrative example and let it read as proof, we would rather say that plainly — and show you the work we have written up, so you can judge how we build and what we are willing to claim.

Questions

Do callers have to be told they are speaking to an AI?
We design for disclosure and build consent into the call flow where it is required. This is a question to settle before the pilot, not after it.
Why is there no case study for this?
Because we have not built and evaluated one yet. We would rather say that than put up an illustrative example and let it read as evidence.
